This video tutorial will provide an overview of the purpose and process of the discussion you'll facilitate on June 24th

Hi Everyone:

Thank you for volunteering to facilitate one of the discussions on June 24th. The session you'll be leading will take place at approximately 10:55 and will finish up at 11:25. It will take place immediately after the Coordinating Committee presents the Summary of Engagement Findings. It's a pretty informal process that you'll be leading:

  • you'll be facilitating a discussion in a group of 8 - 9 participants;
  • you'll capture people's comments on a discussion template (downloadable by clicking the link below), no flip charting required;
  • your role is key in that gives everyone a chance to share their best thinking about how to improve engagement within the Department.

I created this video tutorial to give you a brief overview of the purpose, logistics and process associated with your topic.
