Thank you for volunteering to facilitate one of the discussions on June 24th. The session you'll be leading will take place at approximately 10:55 and will finish up at 11:25. It will take place immediately after the Coordinating Committee presents the Summary of Engagement Findings. It's a pretty informal process that you'll be leading:
- you'll be facilitating a discussion in a group of 8 - 9 participants;
- you'll capture people's comments on a discussion template (downloadable by clicking the link below), no flip charting required;
- your role is key in that gives everyone a chance to share their best thinking about how to improve engagement within the Department.
