Customized Training and Experiential Design
Our customized design process works like this:
- Needs Assessment - We meet with you, prospective participants, key stakeholders and identify the skills and knowledge that learners possess and need to possess as a result of the training initiative.
- Learning Design - Based on the needs assessment results, we will design a draft learning plan (including objectives, agenda, and learning activities) for you and prospective learners to consider before the training begins. This step gives everyone a chance to predict the relevancy and effectiveness of the training and suggest changes before it is too late.
- Program Delivery and Evaluation - We will deliver the workshop and conduct reaction, learning and transfer level evaluation.
- Train your Trainers - Sometimes trainers need our help in designing training that they have to deliver themselves. We can work with you to design experiential learning that can make even the most technical and difficult training relevant, memorable and enjoyable for your trainers to deliver. We can develop a complete learning plan which your trainers can use to guide them through the delivery of the content and learning activities.
